SportsBet.io Review
Overview
SportsBet.io is a relation to BitCasino.io, which is one of the higher rated casinos on this site. It opened in 2016 and, from the outset, offered both a Bitcoin sportsbook and a Bitcoin casino. As it is early in its development, the options are slightly limited (especially in the sportsbook), however it does still outshine some of the other sites out there. It’s hoped that they’ll build on their solid foundations, adding more and more options for players. It is licensed through the Curacao government and is run using the same proprietary software used for other sites owned and operated by CoinGaming.io, which is both fantastic looking and incredibly easy to use.
Promotions
Promotions are quite thin on the ground at SportsBet.io, with the biggest omission being the lack of welcome bonus for new players at the site. They are quick to respond to important events though, and often tailor great promotion packages around them. The raffle is perhaps the best promotion they offer though, and players making just one real money bet will automatically be entered. This raffle gives away between three and five Bitcoins each and every day, so lucky players really could get a nice boost to their bankroll. There is no loyalty bonus at SportsBook.io though, meaning that regular players are not rewarded for the time they spend on the site.
Support
Support options are really good at SportsBet.io, with the most common method for gaining help being the live chat, which can be opened by clicking the speech bubble in the bottom right corner of the page. There are also options to contact them via Facebook and Twitter, plus the site also features a link to the SportsBet.io thread at BitcoinTalk.org. There is, however, no phone number to use to speak with them directly, however this is a common omission at Bitcoin betting sites.
Security
Security is a really important feature of any Bitcoin gambling site, however SportsBet.io’s regulation by the Curacao government (a government that also regulates many other gambling sites, both Bitcoin and non-Bitcoin) should be enough to show that it’s a safe place to play.
Is SportsBet.io Provably Fair?

SportsBet.io Casino Review
Casino Overview
The first thing to say about the casino at SportsBet.io is this: it looks absolutely stunning. This might sound like a slightly shallow thing to say, however it really does add to the enjoyment you’ll receive when playing at this site – and is therefore something that some other Bitcoin casinos should take note of. It’s not style over substance here though, as this is a site with absolutely loads of games, as well as some really nice jackpots. Considering this site has only just opened, it’s impressive that they’ve managed to include such a staggering array of options for players. What’s more exciting is thinking about what they’ll be like in a year or two though!
Casino Games
As already mentioned, this is a site with a lot of games for players to choose from. What’s more impressive is the fact that these games come from a wide range of different suppliers, including BetSoft, Endorphina and Play’N Go. This means that players of all types will be able to find a game that suits them perfectly. They do not have any proprietary games though, which is a feature that some people really like about Bitcoin casinos. Slots are their strongest suit, as they offer huge numbers of them, however other casino games are also well represented – especially if you enjoy video poker, which has an amazing 17 different variations on their site.
It’s also great to see that they have included a live casino within their games from the beginning, instead of waiting to add it later on. Most of the live dealers seem to be based in the Baltic area, and are all both friendly and fun to play with. There is one small criticism to make though, and it’s this: the live games aren’t all that easy to find, as they don’t have a dedicated section. This means that players have to hunt through the other games to find the live version, which isn’t always that enjoyable. Other than that, there can’t be any complaints about the games at this casino!
Summary
The casino at SportsBet.io is a really good one. In fact, it is probably better than their sportsbook offering, which is strange considering the name of their site! The main plus point to the casino is the massive amount of games that it offers – an amount that should only be added to as the casino starts to grow. If only they’d make finding the live games easier, then this casino could be the best Bitcoin casino found anywhere online.
SportsBet.io Sportsbook Review
Sportsbook Overview
The sportsbook at this site looks great but, as you’ll see, does fall down in a few areas. The first of these is the bonuses that it offers, which are neither too prevalent or generous. There is a raffle that players can take part in, but there’s no welcome bonus and no reload bonuses – both of which are pretty vital features of most Bitcoin sportsbooks nowadays. Considering this is a new site, wouldn’t it be a good idea to introduce some bonuses, so as to attract more players? On the upside though, this is a site that is really easy to use, with a really simple sign-up process and a good level of security.
Betting Options
The range of different sports that can be bet on at SportsBet.io is quite limited, probably due to the newness of this site. Still, all of the main sports are there though, including soccer, basketball, baseball, tennis and ice hockey. Like many Bitcoin sportsbooks, there’s no horse racing though. Each of the different sports are covered pretty well, however soccer and basketball seem to be the main focuses. SportsBet.io seems to be quite quick to react when major sporting events come around, and offer special markets and promotions for events such as the World Cup and the Olympics.
Live betting is also available at SportsBet.io, which is a massive feature at any online sportsbook nowadays. This is where the easy navigation of the site really bears fruit, as it ensures that bets can be placed in an instant – something that’s very important when it comes to live betting. As with standard betting, soccer and basketball seem to be the focuses, however other sports are available. So, all in all, the betting options aren’t bad, but more sports need to be added if they’re going to compete with the bigger names in the industry
Summary
The sportsbook at SportsBet.io is a good start, but they can’t stop growing, as this is a site that needs to see more markets added to it. What’s more, more bonuses should certainly be added, as currently the range doesn’t match that offered at other sites. The design is great though, and this site has a huge amount of potential. Will they fulfil this potential over the coming months and years though?
I am new to sportsbet.io, and I must say that I have experienced only good things. The Sportsbet interface uses a beginner-friendly three-column layout, with sports listed on the left, markets and odds in the centre and the betting slip on the right.
For fixture odds you will typically have head-to-head, winning margin, line and total score markets displayed, depending on the sport. Their odds may not be the highest, but are fair, and one of the best. deposits and withdrawals are very smooth. I highly recommend. You cannot get it wrong with sportsbet.io if you know what you are doing.
Sportsbet.io is a sportsbook that has a vast variety of markets and games. However, the UI leaves something to be desired as it's not as easy to navigate as one would like when they want to quickly place a bet. A small issue is that occasionally a market closes but is still displayed as open with the odds.
The minimum bet at sportsbet.io is 5 mBTC. Deposits are instant and withdrawals are quick as well. Overall, it's a good site but needs some improvement.
My new favorite Sportsbook with a wonderful betting interface and an amazing support. They have good promotions going on all the time, like the raffles. They also have an amazing support which is online 24/7. I find this sportsbook to offer much more lines than any other book. The only drawback is that we are unable to mix live and pre-live games in a parlay which is why I have taken a point off. Otherwise this would have been a 10/10.
I've been registered with Sportsbet.io since the beginning. This is a new site and they started with a nice promotion - a 3BTC raffle everyday for people who placed bets on Euro 2016. It's a great looking site with easy registration and fast depositing/withdrawing. There are no bonuses for new players, and aside from the raffle there are no other prizes available. They have many casino games and slots, but without a loyalty program and bonuses I don't think many people stay interested. Looks like their main objective was sports book. I hope they choose to add promotions or they will stay without a lot of players.
