They gave me a free play a few months back that I did pretty well with. I hit some big parlays and all that jazz. When I went to withdraw I was told I had to hit an arbitrary rollover rate, which was a total of 1200 bucks won or wagered. I couldn't find my wagered amount on my profile, not until I contacted customer service did it show the calculation. None the less, I was promised I could cash out after I complete the rollover.
They are a pain to get money out of. I deposited, I won and did the whole rollover and actually got my money. Just was a pain.
I've been a member of Betonline for some time and they are an interesting site to play on, one of the major negatives for bitcoin depositors is that Betonline will charge you high fees on both deposits and withdraws through bitcoin, while you normally are used to 100 bit withdraw fees Betonline takes much much more, be sure to inquire with their live support to see if you can get withdraws fees waived somehow.
